ID Art Show

This Spring I had the privilege of covering ID’s 2018 Art Show on Trust. Committee members Sarah Kreitzer, Brodie Heginbotham, and group leader Anne Howard shared what ID is and what their mission is on campus. They believe that the arts matter–whatever form they take. So two years ago, they set out to create a space where art and its creators could be appreciated and celebrated at UNC Chapel Hill in a relaxed environment. By providing a place on campus for one night, they hoped to bring people of diverse backgrounds and talents together to appreciate the arts and one another.

Artist Profile

Sarah is a committee member for ID, but she’s also one of the many incredible participating artists. I sat down with her to talk about her process and how she see art as an integral part of her identity.
